Welcome to Sun's Social Justice Resources. These resources were originally collected for an internship project that I did and are being reused here. Here is a brief list of things to keep in mind while reviewing these sources:
These resources are meant to be a start to exploring social justice issues and finding support rather than a comprehensive list. They include mainly general educational resources along with some national and a few local resources. I highly encourage you to do your own research to find resources and organizations that are local to you. Many of these resources may have local chapters and/or links to local resources. Find Help is a great database for searching for resources near you.
Additionally, none of these resources are perfect. It is very important to consume media with a critical lens while seeing what you can learn from the media you are consuming. Please make sure to read from a variety of voices and not just those who are most visible or have the most power.
I also want to recognize that I have separated these resources by imperfect categories based on topic, identity, and circumstance. Each of these categories are diverse in itself and connect with one another in a way that this list cannot comprehend. Furthermore, this list is not representative of every single marginalized or underserved identity and the labels "marginalized" and "underserved" do not capture the full complexity of these topics, identities, and circumstances. This list will absolutely change over time.
